Appreciating Sculpture Art

In its simplest form, a sculpture art gallery is a place that displays sculptures. Sculptures can range from micro size to very large. Many fine art galleries will feature specific sculpture artist and their works.

The Venus De Milo is thought to be Aphrodite and stands a little over six and a half feet tall. It is famous for the two missing arms.

The statue of David by Michelangelo was created between 1501 and1504. The seventeen-foot tall marble sculpture represents the Biblical hero David.
